Thanks to all who turned up for the Sponsored “kick and pass” golf. We took 176 kicks and passes to complete the round. 93 out and 83 in. We have raised over £300 towards the cost of travel for Caithness. There are currently 3 correct guesses and the winner will be announced shortly. Thanks to Lewis, Calum and Megan Renwick for there help and keeping us entertained on the way round.

Would like to announce through the website that from this Tuesday onwards, on a trial basis, the Quins and Linden will be joining the YM for training purposes on a Tuesday night. This has nothing to do with the meeting today(sunday) about Hawick rugby, but the 3 respective coaches are struggling for numbers on a Tuesday, so we decided to come together. I am sure that this can only benefit us all and will encourage the more reliable and committed players to keep training as winter rolls in. The YM was chosen as the venue because of its facilities, ie floodlights and gym, but all coaches will contribute to the training. I would hope that all players would welcome this, as turning up on a wet Tuesday night with 8 bodies to work with ain't much fun for all concerned. Thanks Stooge
